All Weddings & Events bookings include a professional driver.

Our chauffeurs are committed to providing a professional, reliable and well-presented service to ensure your experience runs smoothly.

Pricing

Packages start from $5,000.

As every event is different, pricing is customised based on your individual requirements.

Your quotation may vary depending on factors such as:

• Total travel distance

Booking Process

Booking your event is simple.

Step 1

Submit an enquiry through our website or contact us directly.

Step 2

Provide your event details, including:

• Event date
• Event type
• Preferred vehicle
• Pickup location(s)
• Event venue
• Estimated hire duration
• Any special requests

Step 3

We'll prepare a personalised quotation and confirm vehicle availability.

Step 4

Once accepted, we'll finalise your booking and provide all collection and event details.

Availability

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly during peak wedding and formal seasons.

Bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

Decorations

Vehicle decorations may only be used with prior approval from Rentals & Co.

Items that may damage the vehicle, including adhesives, tape or permanent decorations, are not permitted.

Vehicle Care

To maintain the presentation of our prestige fleet, we ask that all passengers treat the vehicle with care throughout the booking.

Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply where necessary.

Food, Drinks & Smoking

Unless otherwise approved:

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any vehicle.
• Food should not be consumed inside the vehicle.
• Alcohol may only be permitted with prior written approval and where permitted by law.

Cancellations

All Weddings & Events bookings are subject to our Cancellation Policy.

Any cancellation fees or refund entitlements will be communicated during the booking process.

Photography

Our vehicles are available for photography during your booking period.

Rentals & Co may also request permission to use photographs of our vehicles taken during your event for promotional purposes. Your permission will always be sought before any images identifying you are published.

Liability

Rentals & Co reserves the right to substitute a similar prestige vehicle if the booked vehicle becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including mechanical issues, accidents or safety concerns.

Where this occurs, we will make every reasonable effort to provide a suitable alternative.
